I've been in physical therapy for over 6 weeks now due to issues with my traps and shoulder. One 90 min session today and I was feeling relief as I walked out the door! Even hours later, I'm still noticing improvement with my shoulder mobility. I wish I would have caught the name of the therapist today. She was fantastic!
