The welcoming environment once you walk inside. Setting the mood for relaxation and comfort. The waiting room is clean and all the staff are friendly and kind. Once checked in and going over the target areas, you head back to your room. I find Kali to be my favorite out of all the massage therapist I have ever had. Making you comfortable, ensuring if extra time is needed it's offered. Very attentive to the client, making sure it's not too much pressure. Kali makes me feel comfortable, I can always trust BlueKky Beauty SPA. Even as a newer client. This place takes top tier customer service over any large city or high end massage place. Simply worth going to again and again.
