This was my first visit. I liked the communication of texts telling me about my pet. It was just reassuring that the groomer noticed something and I was informed. I have scheduled a doctor's appointment because you texted about a possible ear infection. I truly appreciate the care of your staff. Also when I was texted it was very cute how they referred to my pet as "baby," and my pet is my family and and my baby and that was very touching. You should know that it is not easy to drop off your fur baby with strangers. But I was greeted very warmly by Sunny who was very pleasant. I will be visiting again.

We took our 110-pound golden retriever, Kevin, to Oops Pet for a bath and groom for the first time today. When I reached out for a quote, they told me it would be around $110–$120, which seemed fair. I was pleased that we were able to get an appointment the very next morning. The shop itself has a super cute aesthetic, and they also sell pet merchandise. Drop-off was smooth - we just had to sign a waiver and show Kevin’s vaccination records. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and let us know it would take about two and a half hours and that they would text us when he was ready. Two and a half hours later, we got the text. When we picked him up, Kevin smelled great and looked fresh. I had requested a nail trim, some fur trimming, and an ear cleaning (but no anal gland expression), and they delivered on all of that. Overall, I was really happy with the experience. I especially appreciate supporting smaller, local businesses over big chains (I’ll never take Kevin back to PetSmart for grooming again). Based on today’s experience, I’d definitely recommend Oops Pet for your pet’s grooming needs, and we’ll likely be back.

Amazing place for my 4 years old Maltese. Stuff is very nice and friendly. Clean place, easy to find parking. 5 stars!!!

I can always trust them with my Frenchie. He does have sensitive skin and I know they always treat him right and making him smell very good.

They were gentle with my puppy and gave him a good bath and he came out smelling fresh and happy

Kichu always looks fresh and clean after the grooming. People are very caring and professional. They take good care of Kichu and have been very consistent. I have been using them for 2 years now.

Ziggy came out so fluffy and clean! Great job!

Communication was awesome, my dog usually gets a lot of anxiety but he was calm and didn’t cry. Happy with this place and will be back :)
