My Australian Shepherd is an anxious little guy and doesn’t typically enjoy getting bathed by strangers, I mean who does? I was greeted by a very nice woman at the front desk, she was very understanding and friendly. My pup seemed to have as good of a time as he could have considering the circumstances. He smells wonderful and his fur was trimmed very well. I would recommend to anyone who values a high quality groom with a high quality staff.

Excellent service this is my second time with my cat mocha I couldn’t be happier !! My cat came home with a very nice hair cut and beautiful smell!! I would recommend oops pet spa to all friends!

Took my two dogs in for a bath today, and I’m really pleased with how it went. They came back smelling amazing, super calm, and clearly well taken care of. The service was also very efficient—everything was done quickly without feeling rushed. Will definitely come back!
