Our Cancellation Policy: All cancellations/reschedules must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment. Otherwise clients may be subject to an cancellation fee of $100 and a no-show record on file. In the case of Groupon customers, clients can have their groupon coupon claimed/used in a no-show. Numerous no-show records may result in getting blacklisted.

Similarly, Groupon clients who no-show will have their Groupon session deducted according to how many appointments they failed to cancel appropriately.
