I gave a 10 because even though I showed up on the wrong day (my mistake—I mixed up May 2 with April 2), Jimmy still took me in. He was kind, quick, and professional, and didn’t even bring up the mix-up until after. I’m really grateful he made it work.

Aleen was awesome. Super kind, skilled, and knowledgeable. I don't get tattoos often, but I will likely be coming back for my next one!
