I’m not sure how many ways i can say Amy is a great massage therapist. I was more physically active than usual over the weekend so i was hurting and sore everywhere. I walked in sore and by the time our 90 minutes was over I felt amazing! My shoulders and neck felt great and the lower back and leg pains I had from walking was gone like magic! I also appreciate that Claire is so friendly to talk to and responsive in scheduling and re-scheduling my appointments. It feels like I’m visiting two friends each time i come in. I try to tell everyone I know to go to Massage Crystal when they complain about their aches and pains.

Just had another great massage with Amy! She is amyzing! Its great shes able to change techniques and pressure based on whatever trouble areas I have each week.

My Massage today with Amy was amyzing! She worked on several problem areas on my back and shoulders. It was all wonderful. Everything was great as always. I’m running out of ways to say how great she is everytime!

I had an exceptional deep pressure massage from Amy. She expertly targeted several problem areas with precision and care. She also. Identified tension spots through pressure point massage which felt wonderful. Amy continues to be my preferred therapist as I am impressed with her ability to customize each session to what I’m looking for each time. I also enjoy the friendly conversations with Claire at the front desk before and after my sessions which creates an overall customer experience that I have been unable to find at any other spa. I don’t feel like a customer here, I feel like a friend which is hard to do for any type of business. I love this pasadena location!
