The techs are very patient and willing to work with what you want. It’s also a very relaxing atmosphere.
I appreciated that my lash tech would not let me leave without the results I was seeking even though they had to process my right lash lift (3x). It was not over processed and I left with a nice curl. She also told me of the 5 day policy to return to get anything I wasn’t happy with fixed. True customer service!
